Not really. Once you start filling your cart, you'll see the pricing going down to what you're used to.
I am interested in an assortment of 100 but I want to change some of the titles.
If it's a small change, you can note your preferences in the notes/comments. If you want to change it a lot, you should order by style. The prices will come down as you shop.
Are there UPC tickets on the stones?
No. Ticketing the stones really detracts from their appearance, and completely eliminates the clear and translucent colors from your assortments. If you need a UPC number for the assortment, we can place a sticker on the back of the header card or make a card for scanning. If you absolutely must have barcodes on the stones, please call so that we can come to a solution together.
Can you do multicolor printing?
Absolutely. We now have a digital printer and can even reproduce photographs.
Can you print on both sides of the stone?
Sorry, no. The quality of the glass is not necessarily the same on the bottom as the top.
Can you make sure all of my stones look a certain way?
If you mean the design or the ink, yes. The stones themselves, however, we have little control over. We don’t produce them ourselves, we buy them from our manufacturers, and the shape and color tend to vary.
Will the image come off the stone?
Not with reasonable use. If you go scratching at it with your keys for awhile, the designs will come off. Within the confines of normal use they should be fine. Just don’t stick them in the same pocket as your change and keys. If a problem arises, please call us. We will fix it. Engraving is a more permanent process, and that is not what we do. It is also much more expensive. We have recently improved our printing process and the print is now noticeably brighter.
Is your glass recycled?
There is some pre-consumer recycling involved in the glass-making process. The Sea Stones, Chakra Stones, Pet Stones, Affirmation, Inspiration and Scripture Magnets are 100% pre-consumer recycled.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No. Our building is just for manufacturing all sales take place online and over the phone.
Where are your products made?
Everything is printed here in Winchester, MA. The stones are made in the USA wherever possible. We also purchase some stones from an international supplier when necessary. Our tagua nuts come from Ecuador.
When will my order ship?
Most of the time, orders are filled the same or next day of order. If we get really busy, it could take a week. Custom orders could take a week if there is additional production time required, like making magnets.
What is your return policy?
If we make a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to make it right, which includes issuing a full refund or sending a call tag if necessary. If you've changed your mind or made a mistake, you can ship back the merchandise at your expense and exchange for other merchandise within 30 days of the original order. Please call us first, and be sure to wrap the stones the way they came to you. For capricious refusals, there is a 20% restocking fee.
Will you drop ship?
Yes, for orders of $50 or more.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, of course, with Mastercard, Discover, or Visa payment and explicit instructions on how to ship.
Do you etch, engrave or print your gems?
We print them.
How do you do that?
With a digital printer.
I want to order three custom stones, can I do that?
Yes. Each new design will incur a small artwork fee. Please contact us for more information.
